TELL has established a network of various resources that are available in the community for people dealing with child protection issues. This program also provides professional advice and consultation, in terms of both prevention and intervention.

The Exceptional Parenting Program was initiated in February 2002 as an informal support group to help parents guide their children with diverse needs through the developmental years - by learning from guest speakers, meeting other parents in similar situations, networking, and sharing information.

The Life Line School Awareness Program provides interactive student workshops to teenagers at schools to explain that the Life Line is a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental place for them to call.

Saving lives is something we can all do. With over 1 million people world wide taking their own lives each year this is something everyone should know about. TELL has developed a range of workshops aimed at reducing the myths and stigmas surrounding suicide and providing skills we can all use to support someone in need. In response to the increasing demands in the area of prevention and outreach services in the International and Japanese communities as well as increasing inquiries for services by Employee Assistance Programs, organizations and corporations, TELL offers workshops as part of its services.
