The TELL Children and Families Team is a multi-lingual group of experienced professionals from the fields of psychology, psychiatry, social work, and family therapy.
The team provides confidential professional and multilingual assessments, formalized testing, counseling and therapy for children and teens with learning, emotional, behavioral, and/or family problems
The team evaluates and treats children with a variety of mental health and learning disorders which include ADHD, anxiety, depression, developmental issues, as well as common problems with learning and behavior.
When formal testing is needed, an expert team of professionals provides comprehensive multi-lingual psycho-educational and neuro-psychological testing, resource and referral services for children and teens with developmental, learning, and behavioral difficulties.

In addition to assessments, coordinated treatment, and testing, TELL Children and Families provides outreach programs and support for international and multi-cultural families in Japan.
TELL has established a network of various resources that are available in the community for people dealing with child protection issues. This program also provides professional advice and consultation, in terms of both prevention and intervention.
The Exceptional Parenting Program was initiated in February 2002 as an informal support group to help parents guide their children with diverse needs through the developmental years - by learning from guest speakers, meeting other parents in similar situations, networking, and sharing information.
Adolescence can be a very challenging time in a young person’s life. TELL established this program to reach out to this population and educate them about the Life Line.
