After two sold out performances in 2007, see and feel ballet close up with the all the family.
Be delighted and inspired as the Austrian Ballet Company – Tokyo performs a very special abridged version of Tchaikovsky’s ‘Swan Lake’ especially for children. Choreographed after M. Petipa and R. Nurejew by Rio Mitani. Mingle with the dancers at the cookie and juice reception afterwards.

A wonderful afternoon was had by parents and children alike as the Austrian Ballet Company-Tokyo delighted a packed house with their latest production, Yuki Onna (Snow Woman), adapted from a Japanese traditional folk story.
Choreographed by Rio Mitani, the performance infused colorful costumes, music, and a traditional form of stick playing, into the dance performance, resulting in the most enchanting performance by ABC-Tokyo yet seen!
Back by popular demand, the ever entertaining Guido the clown, got the show started, and as always children had the opportunity to mingle with the dancers at the cookie and juice reception held after each performance.
All proceeds from the event went to support TELL’s counseling and support services, which include our new Child and Family Services.
