Fees

TELL Counseling Center operates according to a flexible-fee pricing structure. Our fee per session (1 session is 50 minutes) is flexibly individualized based upon family income. We offer subsidized counseling for those who qualify. Subsidies will be limited to a reasonable number of sessions. Our intake coordinator and counselors will be happy to discuss your specific fees further with you individually.

Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation. The full fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment. For a first appointment, a fee of ¥3,150 will be charged if you do not show or cancel within 24 hours.
