TELL Counseling Center
The TELL Counseling Center is the only professional counseling center in Japan staffed by licensed professionals and fully accredited by the Samaritan Institute Center of the USA. The Samaritan Institute accreditation program ensures that all accredited centers comply with high standards of clinical and organizational practices. Unfortunately, in Japan there are no licensing regulations for mental health practitioners; this accreditation demonstrates TELL Counseling Center’s commitment and ability to provide high standards of mental health care by recognized and accredited practitioners. The TELL Counseling Center houses TELL Counseling and TELL Children and Families.
TELL Counseling
TELL Counseling offers professional face-to-face assessments, counseling and psychotherapy to adults and couples by multi-lingual therapists. Bilingual psychiatric consultation and prescriptions are now also available for our clients receiving therapy at TELL Counseling. TELL Counseling also provides specialized neuro-psychological testing by experienced psychologists.
Counseling is available at two locations: at our main office in Omotesando and our satellite office in Yokohama. Fees are based upon a flexible fee basis.
TELL Counseling also provides outreach and support services.
Professional workshops are also available to corporations and organizations on a variety of mental health topics.
TELL Counseling is a provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for over 20 companies whereby the company arranges for confidential treatment at no cost to the employee. To find out if your company has an EAP contract, contact your Human Resource Department.
