Tokyo English Life Line is a multifaceted, nonprofit organization that has been serving the international and business communities since 1973. Our services include free phone counseling and information, professional face-to-face counseling, and educational workshops.
In March 2006 TELL was officially recognised as a non profit organization in Japan.

It is with great pleasure and honor that I continue to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors at Tokyo English Life Line (TELL). TELL has seen tremendous growth in its capacity to serve the international community over the past three decades.
